Grass done with Blender 3.4 Geometry Nodes

Fully procedural grass generation, whether you want to bake onto planes for games or use it as is.
The grass blade shape is fully controlled with variables in the node graph to give as much control as possible to not have to model it by hand.
Later down the road when Blender 3.5 comes out it'll be possible to randomize the shape of every single blade of grass for even more variation! Stay tuned for that update!
